Define what direct means for your private journey
A private transfer should be described by the complete itinerary for your party. If you want to travel from Zurich Airport straight to one St. Moritz address, say so. If you need to collect keys, meet another passenger or stop at a second property, include each location in order. The label private does not by itself include unlimited changes or waiting at extra addresses.
Provide the actual passenger count and the packed luggage list when requesting a vehicle. A preference for a particular class still needs to fit the group's equipment and any child seats. Ask for unusual items to be checked rather than assuming that a vehicle image demonstrates the capacity you require. Agree the scope before comparing totals.
Keep the final route and pickup arrangement together in the confirmation shared with your travellers. If plans change, identify the booking and explain exactly which stop or passenger has changed. Request an updated confirmation before treating a new itinerary as agreed. For a round trip, review the return separately: its starting property, departure needs and luggage may differ from the arrival journey.
- List every planned stop in travel order
- Check vehicle suitability against people and packed luggage
- Confirm itinerary changes before relying on the revised plan
What to arrange before travelling
- Describe every requested pickup and destination address.
- Nominate one main contact for the travelling party.
- Ask for the complete journey scope to appear in the offer.
Plan your specific journey
Your request is reviewed personally by dispatch. Share the travel date, exact pickup and destination addresses, passengers and luggage. Price, vehicle availability and payment arrangements are agreed for your specific journey before confirmation.
For an airport arrival, include the flight number and local landing date. For a return journey to Zurich Airport, share the departure flight and when you need to arrive. Exact addresses matter for both directions, including any requested hotel stops.
Send a transfer enquiry
The booking system saves your journey request after you select the route, vehicle and passenger details. Dispatch personally confirms the offer and availability. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. You can write directly in English or call +41 79 177 24 24.

Yes, the requested vehicle is for your travelling party. Give every pickup and destination address and nominate one main contact. Additional stops must be included in the confirmed journey scope.
When does my transfer request become a confirmed reservation?
Submitting the form saves a request with a reference. Dispatch reviews the route, vehicle, luggage and any special requirements. The reservation and fare are confirmed only when you receive personal written confirmation.
What are the published fares for the direct airport route?
For Zurich Airport (ZRH) ↔ St. Moritz: Mercedes V-Class CHF 599, Economy CHF 499, Mercedes S-Class CHF 799, Mercedes E-Class CHF 599. These are prices per vehicle for one direct journey in either direction. Other pickup locations, extra stops and special requirements are quoted separately.
Does the return journey cost the same as the outward journey?
