Prepare a ski-bag manifest for the whole party
A group ski transfer is easier to assess when one person collects the final luggage list before requesting the vehicle. Make one line for each packed bag and record its approximate external length, whether it contains skis or a snowboard, and which traveller owns it. Two people may share one long padded bag while another person carries boots separately. Counting only the number of skiers can therefore give the wrong impression of the actual load.
Keep the ski manifest separate from the suitcase list, then send both together. If equipment is being rented after arrival, remove it from the transport list instead of reserving space for items that will not travel. On the return journey, check whether purchased equipment or a different bag changes the load. Ask for the approved luggage arrangement to be included with the vehicle confirmation. A photograph of a representative van does not establish that every combination of seats, cases and long bags will fit.
- List each packed equipment bag
- Separate rented equipment from transported gear
- Confirm the return load as well as arrival
What to arrange before travelling
- Measure the longest ski or snowboard bag.
- Count boot bags and other sports equipment separately.
- Update the return-transfer luggage list if equipment changes.
Plan your specific journey
Your request is reviewed personally by dispatch. Share the travel date, exact pickup and destination addresses, passengers and luggage. Price, vehicle availability and payment arrangements are agreed for your specific journey before confirmation.
For an airport arrival, include the flight number and local landing date. For a return journey to Zurich Airport, share the departure flight and when you need to arrive. Exact addresses matter for both directions, including any requested hotel stops.
Send a transfer enquiry
The booking system saves your journey request after you select the route, vehicle and passenger details. Dispatch personally confirms the offer and availability. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. You can write directly in English or call +41 79 177 24 24.

Questions about this journey
How should I declare ski equipment for a Zurich Airport transfer?
Give the number and length of ski or snowboard bags and list boot bags and suitcases separately. The vehicle configuration must accommodate all passengers and equipment; update the return details if your luggage changes.
When does my transfer request become a confirmed reservation?
Submitting the form saves a request with a reference. Dispatch reviews the route, vehicle, luggage and any special requirements. The reservation and fare are confirmed only when you receive personal written confirmation.
What are the published fares for the direct airport route?
For Zurich Airport (ZRH) ↔ St. Moritz: Mercedes V-Class CHF 599, Economy CHF 499, Mercedes S-Class CHF 799, Mercedes E-Class CHF 599. These are prices per vehicle for one direct journey in either direction. Other pickup locations, extra stops and special requirements are quoted separately.
Does the return journey cost the same as the outward journey?
Yes. For the same direct route and vehicle class, the return leg has the same one-way fare. Totals for both journeys: Mercedes V-Class CHF 1198, Economy CHF 998, Mercedes S-Class CHF 1598, Mercedes E-Class CHF 1198. Return pickups from 00:00 to 05:59 (Zurich time) add 20% of the return base fare. Child seats add CHF 15 each per booking. Enter the return date and time separately; route changes require a new quote.
