Compare limousine offers on a shared specification

A limousine quotation becomes easier to assess when every provider receives the same brief. State the exact collection point, destination address, travel date, passenger count and luggage list. Add any request that matters to your party, such as a particular category or an additional stop. Without a shared specification, one offer may describe a direct airport journey while another includes waiting or a more complicated itinerary. A lower total is not meaningful until those differences are clear.

Separate the category you prefer from the features you actually need. A large cabin does not by itself establish the usable boot space, and a published photograph does not confirm a specific vehicle. Ask for the agreed category and complete price in writing. If you later change the address or add luggage, update the same brief and obtain confirmation of the revised arrangement. Keeping one current specification also helps an assistant or hotel concierge communicate accurately on your behalf without reconstructing the request from several messages.

  • Send the same journey brief for comparison
  • Distinguish category preference from practical needs
  • Keep one current written specification

What to arrange before travelling

  • Name the preferred vehicle category before requesting the offer.
  • Include luggage dimensions when carrying large bags.
  • Wait for explicit confirmation of vehicle availability.

Plan your specific journey

Your request is reviewed personally by dispatch. Share the travel date, exact pickup and destination addresses, passengers and luggage. Price, vehicle availability and payment arrangements are agreed for your specific journey before confirmation.

For an airport arrival, include the flight number and local landing date. For a return journey to Zurich Airport, share the departure flight and when you need to arrive. Exact addresses matter for both directions, including any requested hotel stops.

Send a transfer enquiry

The booking system saves your journey request after you select the route, vehicle and passenger details. Dispatch personally confirms the offer and availability. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. You can write directly in English or call +41 79 177 24 24.
