Transfer requests
The booking system stores the travel and contact details needed to handle, confirm and manage your journey. A customer account provides access to your saved requests. For guest requests, a secure, essential cookie provides access to your own requests in this browser for up to 30 days. Administration is separately protected. Passwords are stored as derived hashes, and sign-in uses secure session cookies.
Only provide information necessary for your transfer request. Child-seat and assistance details are optional and help us arrange the journey. Information sent by WhatsApp or email is also processed by the respective communication providers under their terms.
Customer accounts and sessions
Signed-in customers use an essential session cookie. You may optionally choose to remember your contact details on your own device. We do not collect payment card details online; cash or card refers to your preference for paying the driver.
WhatsApp, email and phone
External contact links open the service you choose. Information you send is used to handle your request and organise an agreed journey. Contact us using the details above for access, correction or deletion requests.
Google Maps and fonts
The embedded Google map loads only when you select Load Google Maps. Google then receives technical connection information such as your IP address. An external map link opens Google Maps directly. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may establish a connection to Google.
Live chat
Opening live chat loads Tidio. Technical connection information and the messages you enter are sent to that service. You can also contact us by phone or email.
Transfer help and hosting
Transfer help displays prepared answers in your browser. Personal conversations start when you open live chat or WhatsApp. Our hosting service processes technical connection information necessary to serve the website. No additional analytics or advertising tracking is installed on this website.
