Prepare one family travel sheet for the airport journey
A useful family request connects each child with the seat information needed for the booking: age, height and weight. Then list the adults and all shared equipment, including a folded stroller, travel cot or sports bag. Do not assume that choosing a larger vehicle removes the need to check the particular seat arrangement. Passenger places and luggage space need to be considered together.
A requested child seat costs CHF 15 per seat per booking. Ask for the appropriate arrangement to be confirmed and say whether you will bring any seats yourself. If the return journey involves different family members, list them separately rather than copying the outbound details without checking. Keep the seat plan and travel dates in the same booking record.
Before travelling, decide which adult will handle pickup communication and which will keep essential items close to the children. Put snacks, required medication and spare clothing in accessible bags. Mention a necessary rest stop when enquiring so its effect on the itinerary can be discussed. A family transfer works best when practical needs are clear before the vehicle is assigned.
- Match each child to age, height and weight
- List shared equipment as well as individual bags
- Confirm the seat arrangement for both booked directions
What to arrange before travelling
- Describe the needs of each child separately.
- Provide folded dimensions for a stroller or pushchair.
- Mention a requested rest stop before the trip is quoted.
Plan your specific journey
Your request is reviewed personally by dispatch. Share the travel date, exact pickup and destination addresses, passengers and luggage. Price, vehicle availability and payment arrangements are agreed for your specific journey before confirmation.
For an airport arrival, include the flight number and local landing date. For a return journey to Zurich Airport, share the departure flight and when you need to arrive. Exact addresses matter for both directions, including any requested hotel stops.
Send a transfer enquiry
The booking system saves your journey request after you select the route, vehicle and passenger details. Dispatch personally confirms the offer and availability. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. You can write directly in English or call +41 79 177 24 24.
